Shipping & payment
Here you will find everything important about shipping costs, delivery times, payment methods and returns. We ship our bedding sets from our own warehouses in Duisburg (Germany) and Brussels (Belgium) to Germany and selected EU countries.

Shipping costs are shown to you during the ordering process before you complete your order. We currently deliver exclusively to the countries listed above.
Delivery time
- Germany: 2 to 4 working days
- France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria: 3 to 6 working days
The delivery time starts with the payment confirmation or receipt of payment and already includes processing in our warehouse. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipped from our own warehouses
We store our bedding sets ourselves and pack every order in one of our two warehouses (Duisburg or Brussels, depending on the delivery country and availability). Shipping is handled by a parcel service (DHL or GLS). Orders that reach us on working days are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number and a tracking link. This lets you follow your parcel all the way to delivery.
Transport damage
If your parcel arrives with obvious transport damage, please report this directly to the carrier if possible and send us a short message at a.ly@lytrag.com. This is not a condition for your rights: your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. However, it helps us to assert claims against the shipping service provider.
Payment methods
You can see which payment methods are available during the ordering process. All prices are in euros including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
Returns and withdrawal
As a consumer you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. All details about the deadline, the procedure, the return address and return costs as well as the model withdrawal form can be found in our right of withdrawal. Please return the goods complete and, if possible, in the original packaging.
